
“Elite Salamatik” program has been initiated in all our Hotels keeping in view enhanced hygiene and safety of our Guest and teams, broadly covering the following.
Cars and Public Areas
- Hotel cars are disinfected before and after each use
- Temperature screening is conducted at all key entry points and sanitizers are available at guest contact points.
- Guests are requested to fill in health declaration forms.
- Hand sanitizers are available for guests to use.
- All incoming luggage and parcels are disinfected prior to being carried into the hotel.
- Guests entering the hotel will pass through a personal sanitization tunnel.
- Our check-in and check-out procedures ensure minimal contact, and guests are encouraged to make contactless payments. Key cards, cash, etc. are sanitized using UV chambers.
- All public washroom facilities are equipped with anti-germicidal soap.
- Bathrooms are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant, especially high touch points which are disinfected frequently.
- Temporary closure of swimming pools, Gym's and Spa’s based on government regulations.
- All public areas and staff areas are frequently disinfected.
- Social distancing norms have been applied in public areas and elevators; elevator buttons are covered with film which is changed frequently.
Guestrooms
- Guestrooms are disinfected after each check-out
- We have enhanced hotel’s daily linen disinfection process that sanitises laundry hygienically with stringent measures
- All our teams are trained on hygiene and sanitation protocols by health experts including waste disposal
- Remote controls in rooms are covered with film which is changed upon check-out.
- All our teams are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), practice strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work and stay at home if they are unwell
Food and Beverage
- Except In Room Dining, all other restaurants and bar’s and banquet facilities remain closed as per government regulations.
- Kitchen teams use PPE while preparing food and follow strict hygiene standards.
- Enhanced sanitization of the kitchen areas and equipment is carried out
- In Room Dining teams are trained in contactless food delivery and removal.
- In Room Dining teams are trained in the use of PPE for safety and hygiene
