Five hotels of Elite Hospitality Group were awarded certificates of service excellence for 2013 by the region’s largest travel portal Booking.com.

This recognition is based on guest reviews posted online and is given only to hotels that have consistently scored above guest score 8 out of maximum 10. “We are delighted to receive both the award and the remarkably high level of satisfaction amongst guests who enjoy their stay at our hotels” says Mr. Sarosh Aibara, Chief Operating Officer of Elite Hospitality Group.
